IQpms provides a set of features in order to manage stays for extended periods, colleges, and corporate residences. It also allows for weekly and monthly rates and billing cycles.
Gift Certificate Management
Offer gift certificates to your guests, either for personal usage or to be given to one of their friends or relatives. The card holder can pay PMS or POS expenses with the card up to the card limit.
Housekeeping Maid Assignment
The Housekeeping Maid Assignment offers single screen access to all housekeeping activities for assignment, productivity, and quality control. The system details priority levels, maid assignment, room attributes, and location, plus allows for one-click status change.
Suite and Lock-off Lodging
The Suite Management module allows properties to book suites as individual rooms or as full suites. Lock-off’s are seamlessly created and managed in availability and booking.
Timeshare Management (Including Online Owner Access)
The Timeshare Management module provides a detailed owner’s profile that shows information such as dues and mortgage status as well as bookings. Interval is defined by season, room type, building, and annual cycle.
Travel Insurance

Analyze the current state of a marina by expected arrivals, expected departures, and available slips for a given period of time.
