Francois Greffard Graduated from the renowned Quebec based Institut de Tourisme et d’hotellerie. Over the years Francois acquired in-depth hospitality expertise while working for various hotel management companies throughout Canada.
His strong technology knowledge lead to the role of Vice President of Operations for IQware, and then ultimately to Chief Operating Officer, and now President of the company.

Mark Jewart Starting as a help desk programmer in June 1998, Mark embraced Megasys and involved himself in all aspects of the company’s daily operations with 110% enthusiasm and energy. Evolving within Megasys, Mark accepted the challenges of learning all aspects of the company, before accepting the role as President of Megasys in May 2007.
Today, Mark is using his driving force and champions the values that have made Megasys an indispensable hospitality partner for more than 30 years. His passion to deliver the most flexible, reliable, and cost-effective property management solutions in the industry has earned Mark both new clients and life-long friends. Plus, his steady stewardship has fostered a positive work environment which has produced longevity among the staff.
Mark’s leadership produces ongoing value for all our clients as they benefit from our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff which is the cornerstone of our success. With the evolution of time and recent acquisitions, Mark is now carrying his abilities and has assumed the role of COO of IQware/Megasys, where he continues to focus on the Sales and Professional Services Teams, to continue excellent customer service!
Jeff Wilder With 28 years of experience in the hotel and resort software industry, Jeff has been intimately involved in designing, implementing, and supporting software in all areas of resort operations. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in ECT/Computer Science, Jeff began in the industry with Megasys as a support and implementation specialist. He quickly moved up to fill positions in interfaces and integrations, application development, and helpdesk management and eventually became the senior software architect for the company.
Jeff’s experience and passion are software and systems design for the front and back-office operations in hotels, casinos, destination resorts, timeshare, state parks, restaurants, and resort retail. He has designed and supported various systems throughout his career that successfully scale from a few to hundreds of users and millions of transactions per day. After several years away, Jeff is excited to return to the IQware/Megasys family as CTO.
Claude Turcot Over the last 2 decades Claude has earned numerous certifications and degrees in all aspects of Project Management and Software Development. He is now an expert in today’s most recognized project management practices such as Kanban, Agile and Scrum.
While earning these certifications he applied his knowledge to the successful delivery of projects for the corporations he worked for, such as Quebecor Media, CPL Technologies Inc. and CGI. His expertise additionally encompasses several development platforms and languages.
As the Director of R&D of IQware Claude manages all R&D project and R&D teams as well ensures quality and on-time delivery of products.
Chief Operating Officer – Asia Pacific
Eric Filiatreault With a vast experience in Hotels and Resorts, Eric joined the IQware team as an implementation specialist in early 2010. With 12 years of IQware implementation experience, a proven track record in deploying IQware solutions in multiple countries, languages and business environment, Eric is a well-rounded expert in all IQware products.
His calm demeanor and structured approach to training ensures there are no projects too small or too large for him.
Senior VP – International Business Development
Edwin Hortet is a hotelier with vast experience in the industry. As Senior Vice President of International Business Development at IQware, Edwin is responsible for setting sales strategy for the entire portfolio as well as overseeing and leading the sales team in the field.
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, Edwin began his career working for high-profile hotels in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas, eventually finding his way into operations. He soon began taking on roles with increasing amounts of responsibility that lead to management positions. His discipline and deep experience in this arena gave Edwin the knowledge to successfully move to lead in the developing hospitality-technology industry.
His work as an Account Sales Manager started in IQware, before becoming a nationally-recognized property management software company. Over the twenty years of his tenure, Edwin has earned numerous sales and achievements awards for himself and his team through continuous high performance and goal attainment.
